Ryan Gregory Named Doris Hoffman Early Learning Center Principal
During the regularly scheduled June School Board meeting, Mr. Ryan Gregory was hired to serve as the principal of Doris Hoffman Early Learning Center for the 2022-23 school year. Mr. Gregory will be replacing Dr. Stephanie Bechard who has been with the district for seven years.
Mr. Gregory will begin his new role in the district on July 1st. Doris Hoffman Early Learning Center families are invited to join Mr. Gregory on Tuesday, July 26th from 5 p.m. - 6 p.m. for Popsicles with the Principal. The event will give parents and students an opportunity to meet Mr. Gregory while enjoying a summer treat.

MVR-III teachers graduated from the 2022 Teacher’s Academy in Character Education. The academy focuses on two goals. The first is to inspire a personal commitment to character values as a teacher and further strengthen the noble purpose all educators share. The second is to equip teachers with character development best practices and evidence-based methods for building positive character skills in students.

Coleman, Nike, Robertsville, and Truman Schools are being prepped for summer construction thanks to the passage of Proposition 1. The schools are getting updated secure vestibules as an addition to the district’s security plan. Secure vestibules provide additional protection by adding a secured space for visitors. Summer Discovery begins tomorrow, Wednesday, June 1st. Parents may access bus routes off the district website under Summer Discovery.
