Please note that a signed and dated W-9 (electronic copy) is needed in order to complete this process. Meramec Valley R-III School District is requesting proposals for the following services:
The Meramec Valley R-III School District is seeking bids for the purchase of one new van 2024 or newer. The van must be manufactured with a maximum of 10 seats (9 passenger + 1 driver) to align with Missouri state law for student transportation. The van must meet the following criteria: vinyl seats, vinyl floorboard covering, automatic transmission, keyless entry, front and rear air conditioning/heating, cruise control, backup camera with integrated driver monitor, and two sets of keys with remote fobs. Proposals shall include all fees, delivery, and destination charges. Vans must be delivered with a full tank of manufacturer's recommended gasoline.
Sealed proposals for furnishing the Meramec Valley R-III School District with one 10-passenger van shall be received by Al Kirchhofer, CFO, 126 N. Payne Street, Pacific MO 63069 on or before 2:00 p.m., December 17, 2024, and plainly marked on the envelope "Van RFP."
Meramec Valley R-III reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
