The Key Communicators program is one valuable aspect of the school district’s ongoing, two-way communications effort with parents and other citizens in the district. The trimester meetings are coordinated by the district’s communication office to help spread information in a factual manner about upcoming plans and current information related to the MVR-III School District. This week, Key Communicators got to visit with Keith Orris; Zitzman principal, to learn about progress being made on the school’s addition.

National School Social Work Week- School social workers are professionals within the social work field that work with teachers, parents, and school administrators. They help students deal with mental health and behavior challenges and provide academic and classroom support. Thank you, Ms. George for the work you do for the MVR-III School District.

Congratulations to the PHS Speech Team for their second-place finish at Saturday's district tournament. Pacific students won three of the eleven individual event championships, and PHS qualified six events for the state tournament. The following students won Individual Event district championships:

Ava Deusinger made school history with the win; she is the first Pacific freshman ever to qualify to compete at the state tournament.
Join Meramec Valley R-III for a fun-filled month of Summer Discovery, Monday-Friday, June 1st-29th. Summer Discovery is a 4-week summer learning program that includes hands-on STEM based games, activities, learning, and fun for our incoming K-8 students that include WEEKLY field trips! The Meramec Valley School District would like to congratulate Mr. Ed Kappler and the 2022 Speech Team for earning their 15th Four Rivers Conference championship. The CDC no longer requires students and staff to wear masks on buses operated by public school systems. As of Wednesday, March 2, 2022, masks are optional on all school buses in the MVR-III School District.
The Missouri Softball Coaches Association proudly select and present Academic All-State softball teams each year with honors for student athletes that meet the academic standards. All schools in the Meramec Valley School District will be closed on Friday, February 25 due to road conditions. Friday will be an AMI learning day for students. As a reminder, school WILL be in session on Monday, February 28th for all students.
