We are excited to share that Pacific High School has been selected to receive the Project Lead the Way grant for Biomedical Science for a total grant award of $14,000. One PHS science teacher will be learning a lot more about Biomedical Science to engage students in the science that helps discover medical treatments.
The new course at PHS will engage students in tackling some of the same real-world challenges - that scientists face each day. Students will work with the same tools used by professionals in hospitals and labs, participate in compelling, hands-on activities, and work collaboratively to find solutions to problems.
