Yesterday, the Riverbend Community Service students had an awesome day at Zitzman Elementary. Our students helped with the kindergarten classes. It was a very fun visit.

This morning 8th Grade Students from Riverbend Middle School visited the high school. There, the PHS Ambassadors guided our students through the halls and talked to them about different areas, activities and things to expect. After the tour, students then ate lunch before heading back to RMS. Thank you to everyone at the high school for helping to make sure our students have a smooth transition.

Students in the Riverbend Middle School Medical Detectives PLTW course experienced a multi-day lesson focused on conducting patient interviews. Groups rotated through the classroom to interview five different medical patients. The purpose of the interviews was to gather information that could be used to help our "medical experts" determine what illness each patient has, how to treat it, and how to prevent getting the illness in the first place. They would then provide a diagnosis and treatment for a patient based on test results, patient interviews, and medical file information. This is #MVNation developing collaboration, communication, and critical thinking skills!

Attention current 6th & 7th Grade Students. Cheer Tryouts are coming up...see the flyer for more information. Contact Coach Cowsert with any questions.

Dr. Schwierjohn visits Riverbend Middle School for this edition of “Tell Me Something Good” Tuesday. Take a moment to hear from our new 24-25 Pacific High School Student Representatives to the School Board on how they will partner with our students and our district! #MVNation
