Welcome to Pacific Intermediate Summer School!
We are excited to welcome your child to Pacific Intermediate Summer School! This letter outlines important details to ensure a smooth start for everyone.
Drop-Off and Pick-Up:
Drop-Off: Students may be dropped off beginning at 7:00 am. Parents bringing their children should pull into the circle drive for drop-off. Please note that all traffic in our parking lot is one-way, moving from Osage toward Zitzman/Doris Hoffman.
Pick-Up: When picking up students at dismissal, please pull into a designated parking space. First run buses will be dismissed first, followed by parent pick-up. Students being picked up will be dismissed from the same door they entered the building in the morning and will walk across the crosswalk to meet parents in the parking lot. It is very important to park in a space and for all traffic to exit the parking lot towards Zitzman and Doris Hoffman.
Entering the Building:
Regardless of transportation, all students will enter the building through the door by the 6th-grade gym on the first day. Staff will be available to help students locate their homerooms, which will all be located in the main hall near the office.
Homeroom Teachers and Meals:
Student homeroom teachers will be emailing them by May 30th. Breakfast and lunch will be provided free of charge during summer school.
Additional Information:
We understand that navigating a new schedule can be tricky. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact the Pacific Intermediate office at (636)271-1425.
We look forward to a fun and productive summer learning experience for your child!
Sincerely,
The Pacific Intermediate Summer School Administrators:
Matt Agee, Building Principal
Alison McAtee, Assistant Principal
Caitlin Pittman, Summer School Principal
