Yesterday 4th grade Nike students were operating banks, managing businesses, writing checks, investing in stocks, and earning a profit at JA BizTown! What a great day!! We were lucky enough to share the trip with Coleman and Truman 4th grade students. You might find a few friends from others schools in these pictures.

Nike was fortunate to have another Nike WatchDOG dad at school yesterday.



Thanks Nike families for coming to McTeacher Night. We earned over $320! The money earned will go back to Nike Elementary for fun and exciting activites for students! #MVNation




Nike Scouts practiced an intruder drill today. During our monthly assembly, Deputy Tyson Jones with the Franklin County Sheriff's Department, talked with students and staff about the importance of practicing intruder drills. #MVNation

Our Book Fair Breakfast was very busy both days! A HUGE thank you to the Nike families for supporting Nike and promoting literacy! 📖 We had over 180 people participate!




Nike staff is happy to support the United Way and give back to the community.

First Grade had so much fun today attending the wedding for Q and U. They learned that Q and U are together forever. During the ceremony to came up with QU words and afterwards enjoyed a reception of juice boxes and trail mix. #MVNation



On Wednesday we celebrated Farmer Day by having chickens and goats visit. We were very excited that Mr. McLaren brought a tractor and some grains for students to see and feel.

Nike was excited to have another WatchDOG helping today. Mr. Tindall greeted students at parent drop-off, walked the building, helped at lunchtime, played at recess, helped in classrooms, and high-fived students as they got on the busses at the end of the day! #mvnation



We are excited to share that Nike had our first WatchDOG dad in the building yesterday. He went on the field trip with 4th grade, then he walked the building to make sure doors were locked. We appreciate the extra safety and security! Interested in being a WatchDOG?
