Nike Scouts have been having a blast voting for their favorite staff to get a Pie in the Face. Monday is the last day to vote until 12pm. Coach Missey said he doesn't like losing and he's currently in 2nd Place! The top 3 winners will get at least 1 Pie in the Face on Monday at our assembly. PTO plans to use these funds to purchase a piece of playground equipment. #MVNation
Nike Scouts were ready for the Cardinals home openers today. They were dressed in their Cardinals gear and red today. #MVNation
Coach Missey opened the rock wall this week. Nike Scouts were so excited to scale across the wall. Some students said this was their very first time on a rock wall. #MVNation
4th Grader, Stevi Thompson, was inspired during a read loud to make posters to remind students of the Nike pledge in the hallway. She created posters, got them approved by Mrs. Tollison to share encouraging words to remind Nike Scouts who they are. The posters have caught the eye of other students. NINTEEN third and fourth graders showed up bright and early to participate in soccer intramurals today. There were some very intense games played mighty early today! The excitement was wonderful! #mvnation

Mr. Tim Baker, the Franklin County Clerk, visited Nike today to talk with 3rd and 4th grade students about voting and being a good citizen. They had some very good questions for Mr. Baker and learned a lot about the voting processes and elected officials.
